Alex Pereira was part of another viral prank recently, however, this time it was the Brazilian fighter who was on the receiving end of it. ‘Poatan’ posted a reel on his Instagram about how his sons tried to prank him. But, his son almost paid the price for it.
Pereira, who is known for being a prankster outside the Octagon, seems to have passed on the humor to his children. He has two sons with his ex-wife, Alessandro Vidal Silva and Lohan Vidal Silva.
In a video going viral on Instagram, it is believed that one of his sons was recording while the other was dressed in a costume to scare his father. When Pereira walked in through the door and switched on the lights, his son wearing the costume tried to jumpscare him. Instead of being scared, Pereira was ready with his fist wound up. His son fell down and had to try and calm his father down so that he wouldn’t hit him.
Periera then expressed his displeasure. A rough translation of what he said is, “That’s not a joke to do. You two only make dumb pranks and dumb shit.”

Pereira posted the video on his own Instagram with the caption, “Just had to post it! What crap, it’s just sh*t hahaha.” Fans enjoyed Pereira’s reaction but were scared for his son who almost got punched. One fan wrote, “Bro was about to send his son to the underworld.”
Another one wrote, “little man’s life flashed before his eyes.”
This is not the first time Pereira has gone viral for a prank. Usually, he is the one pranking.
Alex Pereira pranked his coach Glover Teixeira with a Lamborghini Huracan
Pereira recently added a Lamborghini Huracan to his garage, however, he wanted to prank his coach Glover Teixeira before informing him that he had bought it for himself. He called Teixeira to show him the car and the former UFC fighter thought Periera bought it for him.

For context, Teixeira might have thought so because Pereira had actually gifted him a Harley Davidson motorbike not so long ago. While believing the car was for him, Teixeira showed that he already had the motorbike as well.

However, Pereira later informed him that he bought the car for himself as he always wanted it. The clip has gone viral and even Conor McGregor reacted to it.
Pereira had previously even pranked his girlfriend, Merle. He handed her a dishwashing sponge referencing the infamous “get back to the kitchen” joke. That video clip has also gone viral recently.
