SUMMARY
- WWE has been continuously hinting at the return of Uncle Howdy.
- In a similar fashion, WWE aired a QR Code on SmackDown, and fans are sure that it means Uncle Howdy is returning.
WWE has been building up towards The 2024 Kind and Queen of the Ring event in Saudi Arabia, and till now they’ve done a spectacular job. A number of matches have already been announced for the PLE, but there’s a storyline that is a hot topic of discussion ahead of the show despite not being advertised for it, and it’s the potential return of Uncle Howdy alongside a brand new faction, Wyatt 6.
Even though there’s no announcement or confirmation about the faction’s debut, recent teases have hinted at it. It’s been over a month since the promotion has been teasing this Howdy thing on weekly shows with QR codes, and it happened again on the latest SmackDown. During the bout between Naomi and Nia Jax on the show, a code appeared on the screen, and it increasing the curiosity further.

As the code was captured by the internet audience, they scanned it, and they saw how it eventually led to a video package. This week’s clip was the longest that the WWE has made throughout this whole tease storyline, and that’s why the pro wrestling community believes that Uncle Howdy’s faction might make their presence felt sooner than expected.
In the video, quotes like, “He set us free. Now we understand. We follow the prophecy. The words of the red,” and “There is no safe place” were present. Moreover, a shadow of Uncle’s mask was there in the recent video, and that’s what has made fans sure about his return.
Despite this, some people have been opposing the return of Howdy, as the videos don’t really show the presence of any individual. But with the messages that have been shared through the clips, it seems like Uncle Howdy is on his way back to the Stamford-based promotion.
WWE Universe is certain about the return of Uncle Howdy as a part of Wyatt 6
As soon as the fans got to the video package through the QR code, they started talking about it on the internet. In fact, it feels like the WWE Universe is certain about the return of Uncle Howdy as a part of Wyatt 6, and their reactions on social media prove it. Claiming how the star might show up at the upcoming PLE in Saudi Arabia, someone wrote, “Uncle Saudi Coming.” (Via- X)
Sharing what these teases by the biggest wrestling promotion in the world mean, an audience member said, “We are getting this close for them to return.” “They are dragging this…can they hurry up and debut,” another pro wrestling enthusiast commented while sharing that the company is probably delaying pulling the trigger on this interesting storyline.
WWE desperately needs Uncle Howdy to boost their product
While fans’ curiosity about witnessing Wyatt 6 on their TV screens is at an all-time high, the Triple H-led promotion is surely aware of it. But it doesn’t seem like the crowd is the only reason behind this, because even WWE desperately needs Uncle Howdy to boost their product.
Roman Reigns and The Bloodline carried the company on their shoulders for a long time, but now that The Tribal Chief is on hiatus, the company needs someone to step up. And there’s probably no better faction to fill the void that has been left empty by Roman’s exit from his own faction than Uncle Howdy and his stable.

As far as the reports are concerned, Erick Rowan, Dexter Lumis, Nikki Cross, Joe Gacy, and Alexa Bliss might be the other members of this historic Wyatt 6 faction. But it remains to be seen who’ll actually show up as a part of the group whenever WWE decides to finally pull the trigger on the debut of this highly anticipated storyline dedicated to the late Bray Wyatt.
