Nick Kyrgios found himself in the hot seat again as fans didn’t hold back on their critical responses to his reaction to Rafael Nadal’s incredible play against Ivo Karlovic at the 2015 Shanghai Masters. Tennis TV shared an old video clip showcasing Nadal’s astonishing returns against one of the fiercest servers in the history of the game, Ivo Karlovic.
In the video, Karlovic is leading 5-4 and serving for the first set, Nadal makes some amazing returns of serve, securing a break of serve. The Spaniard then went on to break Karlovic again, winning the first set, and eventually securing a 7-5, 6-7 (4), 7-6 (4) victory. Kyrgios couldn’t contain his amazement, after watching the video and commenting with just one word, “Insane.”
