Iga Swiatek, the world’s top-ranked tennis player, made headlines once again as she shared her unique training routine on social media while watching a laptop screen in her gym. In the post, the Polish star is seen exercising on a standing bike with her mouth taped. Her taped mouth had garnered attention earlier as well during a training session on the court in August this year in Montreal.
She explained that the mouth tape was a recommendation from her team to enhance endurance. She went on to elaborate on the challenge it posed to her breathing and the resulting impact on her heart rate, a method that serves as a means to intensify her endurance by breathing only through your nose.

However, she candidly remarked on her team’s unique approach by stating, “Sometimes I don’t get the things they tell me to do either.” In a separate, more playful interaction with fans on the social media platform X, Swiatek shared insights into her off-court entertainment activities. This came up when a fan on Twitter asked, “What is she actually watching?”
Another fan reshared this question again, posing it to Swiatek: “Hey Iga, people really want to know.” Swiatek reverted with a post saying that she was watching “The Morning Show” on Apple TV during her workout session. Swiatek playfully shared a GIF image from the series, confirming her entertainment choice.
