The Belarusian has been an inspiration to many all over the world, especially young girls. She has come a long way from where she began, establishing herself as one of the best players around.
Aryna made her ITF debut in 2012 and made it to the main draw of five tournaments. She won her first main draw match at these events in Istanbul in 2014, and she has not looked back since. Sabalenka made her WTA debut in 2017 and climbed up the ladder. Now, Aryna is a two-time Grand Slam champion.
During the Q&A, one of her fans asked her what her younger self would be proud of. “That I didn’t quit on my dream during rough times,” Sabalenka wrote.
