The Moroccan girl has taken the internet by storm in recent weeks. Ever since she was seen in a video criticizing Cristiano Ronaldo, the soccer world has lost its mind. Ronaldo’s fans abused her and pushed her to a point where she did not eat, and even passed away. Or that’s what we all thought until this point.
Recently, the Moroccan girl released a video that puts all these rumors to bed. She addressed the comments from a lady who claimed to be her mother. For those who don’t know, her “mother” apologized and claimed that the abuse from Ronaldo’s fans pushed her into a bad psychological state.

She even requested the fans online to treat her like a younger sister and forgive what she said unknowingly. It looks like all these revelations from the lady might be false after all.
Moroccan girl, who dissed Cristiano Ronaldo, calls out fake mother
The girl posted a video to her TikTok account (@d_arij) and addressed the rumors about her health. The young girl said, “Just for your information, this lady… is not actually my mom. I never saw her before. This lady is lying about my age and healthiness. I’ve been eating well, drinking well, and also not nine years old.”

It looks like the lady who claimed to be her mother wasn’t telling the truth after all. But it doesn’t change the fact that the Moroccan girl was relentlessly bullied online for her “Poor Ronaldo… He’s crying in his car” comment.
When the “father” of the girl claimed that she was in a state of grief, it got her support from the soccer world. The girl, however, has not addressed the comments from the alleged father, which might be an indication that he might be real. But take that with a large pinch of salt.
As for Cristiano Ronaldo, he had his heart broken and his dream of winning the World Cup shattered. As of December 2022, the 5x Ballon d’Or winner is looking for a club that is in the UEFA Champions League. Various reports suggest that he has an offer from Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr on the table, but he is waiting for European clubs before making a decision.
