Haaland went on to say that his use of the glasses is mainly three to four hours prior to going to sleep. City’s striker hinted that this is one of his habits that helps him sleep better. Blue-light-blocking glasses protect our eyes from any harmful blue-light rays emitted by digital devices used in daily life activities.
About dietary habits, Haaland mentioned that milk is his go-to drink. Erling suggested that there is a constant focus on eating good-quality food, although he loves to eat kebab pizza every once in a while.
