Inter Miami is at risk of being cut off from the playoff spots even before the World Cup winner arrives at the MLS side. Miami is currently 11 points off from DC United who are in the 9th position in the league table.
The club, however, has two games in hand. But with their recent performances, fans are not very confident about qualifying for the playoffs.
Miami is left with four more games this season. However, it could be too late for the World Cup winner to be able to help his new team. Furthermore, Miami does not look too promising with their current performance to be able to retain their spot in the playoffs.
