Moreover, Messi also talked about how his sons have varying characteristics while playing soccer. Both Thiago and Mateo have been recently enrolled at Inter Miami’s academy. The former PSG star said that while Thiago isn’t as expressive on the field, Mateo enjoys the fame. He said, “When Thiago enters the pitch, he doesn’t even look at us parents. Instead, Mateo enters the pitch greeting us, applauding.“

The Inter Miami skipper further explained that whenever Mateo is dribbling on the pitch, he takes a look at the parents who are watching their match. Messi also revealed in the interview that Thiago doesn’t enjoy being recognized as Lionel Messi’s son.
