Jude Bellingham is one of the hottest prospects in the soccer world. The Englishman has been on fire in the 23/24 season, scoring goals for fun. Nobody expected the ease with which Jude Bellingham has adjusted to life in Madrid, as Jude has already become an integral part of the ‘Los Blancos’ set-up. A fan favorite in Madrid, the 20-year-old is considered to be one of the future stars of Real Madrid.

The Englishman also has a charm around him that could woo away any person. And it seems like Jude Bellingham’s charm just paid dividends at a post-match interview.
Journalist makes a wild wish to Jude Bellingham
Jude Bellingham was at a press conference after the UCL game against RB Leipzig. The Englishman was hoping for questions about his performance on the pitch. But to his surprise, a Spanish female journalist asked the 20-year-old to come to her place. Jude Bellingham was shell-shocked at the journalist’s strange request.
The former Borussia Dortmund man was wishing her a good night when the journalist made her request. She asked Jude, “Do you want to come home with me?”

The Englishman did not know what to say and just stared at the camera for a long time. However, the journalist saved the situation from getting any worse by saying, “No, you’re like the perfect son!” She did not want to give Jude Bellingham any bad signals and therefore gave him the status of a son.
The Real Madrid player was outstanding on the night, as Real Madrid won 2-1 on aggregate against RB Leipzig to advance to the quarterfinals. Jude Bellingham assisted Vinicius Jr., who scored Real Madrid’s only goal in the second leg that ended 1-1.
Jude Bellingham opens up about his confrontation with referee in a post-match interview
The former Borussia Dortmund player, however, has come under some flak in recent weeks. Jude Bellingham was shown a post-match red card in the game against Valencia CF on matchday 27 of La Liga 23/24 for protesting against the referee.
The red card meant that the 20-year-old would now be suspended for two matches in the Spanish League. However, some believe Jude’s protests were justified as the referee had controversially blown off the full-time whistle seconds before he scored the winner.

The Englishman has owned up to his mistakes but also claimed that he did not say anything offensive. Jude Bellingham said in the post-match interview, “Suspension? I don’t think I said anything offensive, I didn’t say anything different from what my teammates said. If I have to miss the games, I accept it and I will support the team from the stands.”
Carlo Ancelotti had earlier believed that the red card was too harsh on the part of Jude. He said that he is not happy with the decision and believes the 20-year-old did not insult referee, Gil Manzano.
Antonio Rudiger will also join Jude on the list of Real Madrid players omitted from La Liga for the next few weekends. The sport in general has been marred with refereeing scandals in the past couple of months, with many players complaining about it. It would be interesting to see how the soccer authorities handle this controversial matter.
