Today, it was confirmed by Fabrizio Romano that Jadon Sancho is about to leave Manchester United and join his previous club, Borussia Dortmund on a loan deal. Fabrizio stated, “Deal in place between Man United and BVB on loan, NO buy option.”

With Erik ten Hag’s job also close on the line, Man Utd’s new sporting owners, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, and INEOS decided to not include any buy option across the deal. Further, it was also declared that “BVB will cover part of the salary plus loan fee. €4m package.”
To complete the deal, Jadon Sancho will be traveling to Dortmund today to complete his medical. Having not played since early August, it will be interesting to see how Edin Terzic plays the former Dortmund winger into his setup.
