SUMMARY
- Endrick is in terrific form for both club and country.
- The player might not go to Real Madrid's tour of the USA due to the Copa America 2024.
Endrick is being touted as the next-generation star of Real Madrid. The club had signed the 17-year-old in 2022, but he will join Real Madrid in 2024 after turning 18.
The Palmeiras player has shown incredible skills on the pitch and has impressed with his physicality and finishing. One of the hottest prospects in the soccer world, Endrick has impressed his fans with great maturity at such a young age.

However, his dream of playing for Real Madrid might be hampered by national duties. Yet Endrick has reportedly devised a great plan to give preference to both Brazil and Real Madrid.
Endrick is willing to make a sacrifice to achieve his Real Madrid dream
The Brazilian player might be in contention for playing in the Copa America 2024, which is set to commence on June 21. Endrick has been brilliant for his national team ever since making his debut against Colombia in November 2023. The 17-year-old has already scored two goals for the Selecao in four appearances and is a strong contender for being selected by Dorival Jr. for the Copa America.
However, this poses a serious problem. Endrick cannot join the club before he turns 18 on July 21, which makes him eligible to play during the pre-season tour of ‘Los Blancos’ in the USA. Real Madrid will begin their tour, which lasts for a week, by playing AC Milan on July 31.
However, if the Palmeiras player gets picked up for the Brazilian contingent for Copa America 2024, then he will most probably miss the pre-season tour. The Copa America is scheduled to run until July 24, giving Endrick only a week’s time to recover from a month-long tournament.

Moreover, Real Madrid has announced that it won’t allow any of its players to go to the USA who will play in the semi-finals of Euro/Copa America 2024. It looks like all of the odds are stacked against Endrick.
However, Relevo reports that the Brazilian has requested that the club take him along on the pre-season tour. The 17-year-old is planning to play in the final of the Copa America on July 24 and then join his new club. For this, the Palmeiras is also prepared to cut short his vacation.

If the club accepts his proposal, then Endrick will be able to make his Real Madrid debut in the USA. We have to applaud the Brazilian’s commitment, who is not willing to let down either his club or country.
Endrick has shown great maturity in being willing to sacrifice his vacation for the pre-season tour. He knows the value of the pre-season tour, as it would allow him to gel with the soccer played in an unknown league. It remains to be seen how Real Madrid reacts to Endrick’s proposal.
Endrick’s brilliant week was complimented by Florentino Perez’s kind words
The Brazilian player had a brilliant night on March 27 at the Santiago Bernabeu. The 17-year-old scored a goal against Spain in Brazil’s 2-2 draw at his new home. The Santiago Bernabeu crowd also had a taste of what they would see from Endrick in the coming days.
The beauty of his night was doubled after Florentino Perez approached the 17-year-old to congratulate him after the match. The Real Madrid president also informed how the club is gearing up to welcome Endrick. Florentino Perez said to the Brazilian, “We are waiting for you here.”

Endrick then went on to score for his country once more after he scored the winner against England. His goalscoring exploits continued as he scored the sole goal for Palmeiras against Novorizontino, sending his club to the final of the Campeonato Paulista.
The 17-year-old has already done everything he could at Palmeiras and is now gearing up for his move to Real Madrid. The club’s president has already expressed his gratitude to have him at Real Madrid. All Endrick needs to do now is solely focus on soccer and repay the trust bestowed upon him by Real Madrid and Florentino Perez.
