Cristiano Jr. has a huge ceiling above him and his dad, the legendary soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo there to guide him throughout his career makes it even easier for him. However, he will have to prove to the fans the soccer critics and experts why he is the real deal in the future.
Did Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. make a mistake by leaving the Manchester United academy?
Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the greatest soccer players of all time signed for the Sau7di side, Al Nassr FC back in January 2023. Along with him, his son, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. followed his dad to the Saudi side and signed for the Al Nassr Academy side as a U-13 player.
Many soccer fans around the world were left wondering why Cristiano Jr. made the switch from the United academy as the English club’s academy is known as one of the best in the world. This may well and truly be one of the mistakes by his dad to remove his son from the illustrious academy and take him to Saudi Arabia.

Although switching academy teams is nothing new for Cristiano Jr. as he has experienced that already in the past. He started at Real Madrid academy, then moved to Juventus when his dad signed for the Italian club, then to the Manchester United academy, and now to the Al Nassr FC academy team.
It remains to be seen what happens with the upcoming teenager’s future but for now, his decision to play in the Al Nassr academy may somewhat hamper the development and experience he would have gotten in Europe. He has a huge ceiling for him and he and his dad need to decide on his future as soon as possible.
