Cristiano Ronaldo is determined to secure the league title with Al-Nassr as he enters the preseason period. Before joining the team, Ronaldo addressed reporters and was asked whether he prioritized winning the league over being the top scorer.
In response, Ronaldo downplayed the significance of individual accolades, stating, “It is not important; the crucial thing is winning the title. Last year, if you asked Talisca this question, he would have undoubtedly prioritized winning titles, as it is the most important aspect.”

Cristiano Ronaldo has set a new World Record for the Highest annual earnings of an athlete
In an impressive feat, Cristiano Ronaldo has reclaimed the top position on Forbes’ list of the world’s highest-paid athletes, adding another record to his name. This marks the first time since 2017 that the Portuguese legend has secured the top spot. It is also the third time that he has topped this list in his illustrious career.
According to reports, Ronaldo has accumulated a staggering earning of $136 million, with $46 million stemming from his on-field endeavors and an impressive $90 million generated off the field. This notable achievement has surpassed that of his eternal rival Lionel Messi, who earned $130 million ($65 million off the field and $65 million on the field).

Occupying the third spot on the list is French superstar Kylian Mbappé. It is a clean sweep for soccer’s elite athletes in the top three positions. Mbappé‘s earnings primarily come from his on-field performances, amounting to $100 million. Furthermore, an additional $20 million is derived from lucrative brand collaborations with Nike, EA, and other endorsements.
Ronaldo’s ascendancy to the top of this list can be attributed in part to his move to Saudi Arabia. The move has substantially increased his salary, almost doubled it. However, a significant portion of his earnings stems from his lucrative sponsorship deal with Nike and the revenue generated from his popular CR7 branded merchandise.
