Recently the annual charity event match took place between the YouTube All Stars and the Sidemen at West Ham’s London stadium with the British group Sidemen picking up the win. Several famous YouTube personalities took part in the game but of course, it was iShowSpeed and his antics that made the headlines.
A funny incident that was captured was during the drinks break when Speed tried to splash water on his face from a bottle but it ended up opening from the top and spilling water and the cover of the bottle on Speed’s face which made up for quite some laughs in the internet community.

Fans online argued whether Speed did that on purpose like he usually does to get under the spotlight was the bottle messed up by some of his teammates or it may have been just an innocent accident as the match was truly underway when the incident took place.
Though the YouTube All-Stars took the loss, a penalty was awarded to the team in red when they were trailing 4-2 and Speed got the chance to put the ball in the net but his shot was saved by PRIME drinks founder KSI who played in the goalkeeping position to avoid any injuries before his boxing match against Tommy Fury.

KSI left no chance wasted to make fun of Speed as he came up with a Sui celebration after the penalty was saved but then later on he scored a comical own goal.
How did iShowSpeed perform in the charity match?
After Speed rose to prominence in 2021, fans demanded for him to be included in the annual charity match hosted by the Sidemen. Speed who in spite of being from the US boasts decent football skills and was finally featured in the 2022 rendition of the match. Though his performance was good, he wasn’t able to score.
Fans at the beginning were upset as Speed was reported not to play in the 2023 charity match due to his recent hospitalization because of his eye infection but later on, KSI assured fans that he is going to be a part of the match nonetheless.
Speed was yet again unsuccessful in scoring a goal as he missed an open goal and even got his penalty saved by KSI. But Speed was heavily involved in the game overall as he was creating lots of chances for his team to score. On most platforms, he was given a rating of between 7 to 7.8.

He did end up with an assist which he later viewed on stream alongside former Manchester United player Rio Ferdinand. The match ended with the Sidemen scoring 8 goals and picking up the win. YouTube All-Stars gave it all as they were able to put 5 goals past KSI. Manny from the Sidemen was given the ‘Man of the Match’ award mainly because of his hattrick.
