The winners from ONE Fight Night 20 on Prime Video’s featured bouts sounded off on the microphone in the ring this past weekend. Both “The Queen” Phetjeeja and Allycia Hellen Rodrigues were quizzed by ONE Commentator Mitch Chilson in the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium ring after winning their respective bouts on Friday, March 8, and they each shared some interesting insight.
Rodrigues was in a reflective mood after defending her ONE Women’s Atomweight Muay Thai World Title with a unanimous decision over Cristina Morales, and she shared her pride at doing so on International Women’s Day.

“It’s ours Brazil! I’m very happy to be here tonight to represent all the women, and especially the mothers who count on me to fight for them,” she said. “I have no words to describe this. I’m very happy to be here. I never imagined that I’d be able to fight with my son here, but I did it and I’m very happy to accomplish this.”
With the niceties out of the way, the 25-year-old then called out women’s atomweight MMA queen Stamp Fairtex. “Stamp, I’m right here. Come back to Muay Thai, please. I want to fight you again,” Rodrigues said.
Rodrigues defeated the Thai superstar for the women’s atomweight Muay Thai strap in 2020.
Phetjeeja eyes more gold after claiming undisputed kickboxing world title
Phetjeeja spoiled the retirement party of long-time ONE Women’s Atomweight Kickboxing World Champion Janet Todd. She defeated the American legend by unanimous decision in the ONE Fight Night 20 on Prime Video main event. The Thai phenom said that she knew she had a tough test on her hands.
“At first I felt a little bit of pressure because I knew that I’d be facing a very talented fighter like Janet Todd, but now I feel very relieved,” Phetjeeja said. “The plan was simple, to not back up, use my high kick, and use my left kick.”
Phetjeeja also quickly turned her attention to the future, and the 22-year-old is eyeing more World Titles as she looks to stand alone as the best atomweight striker on the planet.
“I feel very proud of myself for being on a very historic card, an all-women’s card on International Women’s Day. Now, I will keep trying to improve myself,” Phetjeeja continued. “I want that Muay Thai belt next. Of course, I will keep defending my kickboxing belt, but if I got the opportunity, I really want that Muay Thai belt.”
Perhaps the scene is now set for her to take on co-main event winner Rodrigues for two-sport World Title glory.
