The wide receiver was born on April 22, 2000, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Rice joined the Chiefs via the 2023 NFL draft as the second-round 55th pick.
Rice played high school football for the Richland and later joined the SMU. Rice, as a junior, made 72 receives for 1,386 yards and 19 touchdowns. The wideout ended his senior high school career with 51 receptions for 841 yards and five touchdowns. While for Southern Methodist University, he played 44 games, made 233 receives, and covered 3,111 yards and 25 touchdowns for four seasons.
As a junior, the wide receiver was named to the All-American Athletic Conference due to his superb performance. Last season with the Chiefs, Rice won his maiden Super Bowl. Rice played a vital role in the franchise’s second successive Super Bowl triumph. In a Chiefs jersey, the wideout participated in 16 games, making 79 receives, covering 938 yards, and scoring seven touchdowns in the regular season.
During the four games in the postseason, the wideout performed 26 receives and covered 262 yards. The wide receiver scored his first-ever professional career receiving touchdown against the Detroit Lions during the first week of the NFL.
Rice recorded his first 100-yard game for the Super Bowl LVIII champions against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 12. Even in the Super Bowl LVIII fixture against the San Francisco 49ers, they performed six receivers for 39 yards.

Only after one month of Super Bowl glory might Rice face severe issues after a car registered in his name was linked to an accident. Reports claim the car incident occurred around Saturday evening on the North Central Expressway in Dallas.

The car is registered in the wideout’s name, but whether he is involved with the incident isn’t clear. Cops reported that the investigation is going on, but there is not any evidence available yet of Rice being linked to it.
There is also no report of any individual or property being damaged due to an accident. Rice also has no previous criminal record on his name in the custody of Dallas County.
