The 7-time Super Bowl winner was like a magic man in the field, and his career is a dream of many. The former Patriots superstar achieved some excellent individual awards and established a few unbreakable records in his career.
During Brady’s six Super Bowl wins, he found Bill Belichick, the Patriots head, beside him. The quarterback and the head coach shared a great bond, which is a major reason behind the team’s success.

Brady’s father said he doesn’t think it’s good to give all the credit to Tom. Despite Patriot’s poor performance in the league for 3/4 years, he is one of the best football coaches. Giving Tom all the credit is not correct. However, Brady Sr. did slander one of Belichick’s negative side. He said Belichick is a great coach, “but his interpersonal skills are horrible. That’s the bottom line.”
Brady Sr. added, “Ego sometimes gets in the way of things. I think it did with Bill. Now, he’s in a situation where he gotten crucified for the last few years by everybody, and a lot of luster has come off his rose.” Belichick’s ego problem might never have affected him much. But according to Brady Sr., this is an inadequate gesture of the coach.
What did Tom Brady say to defend Bill Belichick’s ability to coach?
New England Patriots struggled last season, finishing with 4-13 at the bottom of the AFC East table. For that, Belichicks have faced so much criticism from fans and experts. After Brady’s retirement on February 1, 2023, his and Belichick’s era ended.
Their era is regarded as the best in USA football history where they won 6 Super together in Patriots’ jersey. Despite receiving reproval from every side, Belichick’s former student stood beside him. Last year, in November, Brady was asked to comment on Belichick’s performance by Stephen A. Smith on his show.
Brady said, “He’s the best coach, in my belief, in the history of the game, so I don’t know. The thought of him not being in New England is hard for me to think about.” He added, “I don’t think he’s coaching differently now than when we were undefeated in 2007.”
Brady also said “a lot of people around you to succeed. You’ve a lot of things in place for the organization to be successful.” He was also confident that Belichick was preparing the team well.
What are Bill Belichick’s potential destinations?
Due to consecutive poor results of the New England Patriots, the franchise fired their six-time Super Bowl winner coach on January 11, 2024. Belichick enjoyed wonderful success with the franchise by winning six Super Bowls.
The coach is unemployed at the moment and looking for a place to restart his NFL journey. Multiple franchises have been linked with the head coach since his departure from the Patriots.
Los Angeles Chargers, Atlanta Falcons, and Dallas Cowboys want to appoint him as the head coach. Belichick has plenty of options. The rest is up to the coach where he should join. No official news has come out of Belichick’s new destination yet.
