Baker Mayfield has been exceptional this NFL season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The star quarterback played the hero in the team’s recent match against the Chicago Bears. However, the star player made headlines for the wrong reasons in 2020 when a fan accused him of infidelity.
Kacie Dingess from Ohio claimed that the NFL star cheated on his wife Emily Wilkinson with her in August 2019. According to Dingess, she approached Baker Mayfield on Twitter (now X). She reportedly sent him a video of herself from a Cleveland Browns game after which he added her on Snapchat.
Kacie mentioned that at first, she couldn’t believe that it was actually Baker Mayfield messaging her. So, he sent her a selfie of himself to prove that it was actually him. The quarterback then reportedly asked the girl to meet him behind a Cheesecake factory.
“I obviously I didn’t believe it ‘cause it was, like, a weird username. It wasn’t just Baker Mayfield… I just kept asking for proof. He kept texting me, saying like, ‘Send me pictures’ and blah, blah, blah… Then he was like, ‘OK, come see me.’ So I got in my car and I drove all the way to Westlake, and it was like behind Cheesecake Factory,” she said.
The fan further claimed that Mayfield came to meet her in an SUV. They had a “small talk”, and then moved to the back seat. Kacie even showed some n*des of the Baker Mayfield that he sent to her. She further mentioned that she decided to expose him after he blocked her on X.
It’s worth noting that despite all these claims, the Buccaneers star never made any comments. As for his wife Emily, she’s still there with Mayfield and has been supporting him.
