The latest edition of the NBA 2K series might become one of the best releases this year. In addition to all of these exciting upgrades, several rewards will be given to fans who pre-order NBA 2K24. This will be the 24th edition of the game which is why 2K decided to dedicate it to Kobe Bryant. The former Los Angeles Lakers great will be the cover athlete this year. 2K is also celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, a major milestone in the gaming industry.
NBA 2K24 will be released at midnight in all local time zones
NBA 2K24 will be released on September 8, 2023 worldwide. So far, e-sports figures have been creating a great look around the game with some claiming it might be the best 2K release yet. Sources have announced that the game will be available at 12 AM in all local time zones on the date of release. Unfortunately, 2K24 will not have any early access to the game before the release.

The game will be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X & S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. PC users will be able to purchase the game on Steam. Sources claim that the game will take up a lot of storage space considering that it is 161 GB on installation. However, Crossplay will only be featured on PlayStation 5 as well as Xbox Series X & S.
The game will have three editions to it this year. NBA 2K24’s Kobe Bryant Edition is purchasable at the cost of $69.99 and it will have a set of goodies including a KB free agent card. The Black Mamba Edition will be priced at $99.99 and it will come along with a Kobe Bryant Sapphire MyTeam Card. It’s 25th-anniversary edition will cost $149.99 which will include a free 12-month NBA League Pass Subscription.
