Chris Paul and NBA veteran referee Scott Foster well and truly have a vast history amongst themselves. They don’t get along with each other, especially Paul who despises him thoroughly. The NBA fans and experts also agree to Paul’s situation with Foster.
In the NBA playoffs, Paul’s record is 2-13 with Scott Foster being the referee in those games, those are crazy numbers in the league’s terms. In the Phoenix Suns vs. LA Clippers playoff game, which was officiated by Foster, Paul’s 13-game losing run in playoff games came to a stop. Overall Pauls’s record in the NBA is 2-17 with Foster officiating.
“You’re a b*tch.”

Against the Suns, this record went to 2-18 as the Warriors and Paul lost their game. Not only that Paul and Foster’s beef went a step further with Paul calling him a “bi*ch” and Foster ejecting him. Steve Kerr, coach of the Warriors was given a technical for interfering in between.
In order to get Bradley Beal, the Phoenix Suns traded Chris Paul to the Washington Wizards. The seasoned guard was quickly traded to the Golden State Warriors for Jordan Poole by a rebuilding Washington Wizards. Despite the Dubs’ difficulties, “CP3″ has lived up to the hype during his time with the Warriors.
Chris Paul’s record is 2-18 in the NBA when Scott Foster has officiated
After the recent loss on the 22nd of November against the Phoenix Suns, Chris Paul’s awful record with Scott Foster tends to get worse. Before the game it was 2-17 overall, now it has gone to 2-18 after the loss, it is obviously not some record to boast about for him.
Paul’s beef with Foster initially began when he was traded to the Houston Rockets by the Clippers. Foster reportedly officiated Paul’s Rockets’ playoff games, with a record of 0–6. Paul said that the officiating during a January 2018 loss was “Scott Foster at his finest” after picking up a technical foul.
Following a defeat in February of 2019, Paul and James Harden both made a mockery of Foster. Harden called Foster “rude and arrogant,” claiming he shouldn’t be permitted to officiate Rockets games any longer and that he was unable to have a chat with him throughout the game.
This beef has surely entertained the fans a lot but it has not been on the good side of Paul ever. Paul has been left frustrated many times, especially in the NBA playoffs where his record is 2-13. He has managed to win just 2 games in the games officiated by Foster.

It remains to be seen what happens next between the two of them. With the Warriors losing and Paul getting ejected once again by Foster, their topic is raised again in public and by the fans of the NBA. Experts seem to wonder why Paul has been treated this way by Scott in the NBA throughout his illustrious career.
