Krzysztof Glowacki and Patryk Tolkaczewski gave the fans an unforgettable moment at KSW 83!
Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki (KSW) is an MMA promotion based in Poland. While it certainly pales in comparison to the worldwide fame of the UFC, KSW is perhaps the most well-known MMA promotion in Europe and often provides memorable highlights for the fans to enjoy and the latest event, KSW 83 was no different. While the whole event was entertaining with 6 finishes, the second fight of the card takes the crown.
The bout in question took place between Krzysztof Glowacki and Patryk Tolkaczewski. British referee Mark Goddard was in charge of the fight as the referee. As fans know, anything is possible during a heavyweight fight due to the nature of their power. Proving that notion true, Patryk Tolkaczewski scored a rare KO from the bottom against his fellow Polish opponent.

So really happened in the fight? Patryk Tolkaczewski was dominating the fight at the time of the KO. He was in top control and was landing massive strikes on the ground. But, to Glowacki’s credit, he did not give up and kept throwing punches as well. One such punch connected on Tolkaczewski’s chin and put his lights out immediately. At the 1:33 minute mark of the very first round, the ref stopped the fight after Glowacki’s left hook KO’ed Tolkaczewski.
Who are Krzysztof Glowacki and Patryk Tolkaczewski from viral KSW 83 KO?
The finish between Krzysztof Glowacki and Patryk Tolkaczewski was a callback to the contest between Jacare Souza and Kevin Holland. Souza was one of the most fearsome grapplers in the world and not many have survived his grasp. Hence, when he had Kevin Holland down on the mat, many thought it was a wrap! However, Holland, from the bottom, started firing some hammer fists and managed to knock Souza out.
