Bray Wyatt has been the most impressive WWE superstar in all his gimmicks for the past few years. Be it the Fiend or his angle with Uncle Howdy, Bray has been successful in captivating the audience with his persona. However, his sudden disappearance from the WWE camera has left fans curious about his return status.
Bray Wyatt made an extremely surprising return back at Extreme Rules 2022. Soon LA Knight and Bray Wyatt started their iconic feud that kept the WWE fans glued to their screens. He was later put in an angle with Bobby Lashley, Uncle Howdy, and Alexa Bliss. However, before the story could reach its ending phase, The Fiend went off the television screens. Fans have been waiting for his return since then.

An update has made it to the fans regarding Bray Wyatt’s return. Frightful Select took to their paywall section to announce that “Bray Wyatt isn’t set for a return.” The news has come as a piece of disheartening news for the fans who had been eagerly waiting for the fans. With this being said, fans now have to wait for probably a few more weeks to see Bray Wyatt rock the stage with his persona.
Why is Bray Wyatt out of current WWE action?
Bray Wyatt and LA Knight carried their rivalry in a brilliant manner except for the Pitch Black match that the duo had at the 2023 Royal Rumble. Before the WWE could reveal who Uncle Howdy was, Wyatt had been sidelined from WWE action because of an injury. The detailed description of the injury hasn’t been revealed to the WWE Universe by either the star himself or any sources.

The undisclosed injury also keeps the audience on a blind path to make any assumptions about his expected return. Bray Wyatt was rumored to face Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania 39 but the plan had to be called off following Wyatt’s injury. Uncle Howdy had also become an integral part of the WWE storyline then and was expected to heighten the angle between Wyatt and Lashley. With over eight months since its first appearance, fans are only left with a perception that the old gimmick was Bo Dallas.

Back in February 2023, Bray Wyatt took to Twitter and shared a picture of a nasty injury that he had suffered. It is still unclear if the severity of this particular injury has kept him away from the television. Nothing but Bray Wyatt’s statement will reveal how things go next for The Fiend.
