UFC Austin is under the belt, and what a night the fans just had! Coming into this one, there were a lot of expectations and hopes from the fans, and they were fully delivered. As such, let’s take a look at the results and bonus winners from the night.
For those unaware, UFC Austin was a much anticipated and hyped-up card, owing to the immense star power and solid matchups. Headlined by top lightweights Beneil Dariush and Arman Tsarukyan, the card was stacked all the way down to the prelims. However, not only was the card stacked, but it was also one of the most entertaining cards of the year, with a total of nine finishes on the night.
In the main event, ‘Ahalkalakets‘ delivered a thundering KO over an unsuspecting Beneil Dariush. With his latest win, Tsarukyan is now in title contention talks and arguably one big fight away from the title. Although it was a solid finish, it was only one of many. In a freaking coincidence, two back-to-back fights on the prelims ended by way of Powerbombs by a fighter.

Firstly, Drakkar Klose absolutely flatlined Joe Solecki with a slam, which Cody Brundage then replicated in the very next fight. Thus, fans got their money’s worth with only three fights going the distance. Other key highlights also include Jalin Turner’s brutal finish to Bobby Green and Miesha Tate’s win over Julia Avila.
