The Bloodline which is one of the strongest villainous stables in WWE, ruled Friday Night SmackDown, which dominated pay-per-view events, and currently stands with an unpredictable future ahead. All the members of the faction left one after another, and now only three people stand within the most influential stable. They are Paul Heyman, Roman Reigns, and Solo Sikoa.
At the last Pay-per-view event, WWE SummerSlam 2023, Jey Uso faced Roman Reigns in Tribal Combat. Also, the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship and the recognition of The Tribal Chief were on the line. However, as Jey was about to achieve the ultimatum, Jimmy Uso returned and cost Jey his match which broke Mr. Main event.
In the following episode of WWE SmackDown, Jimmy Uso gave an explanation for his behavior. However, Jey Uso wasn’t at all ready to hear anything; he took down Reigns and Sikoa and even nailed a superkick to his brother. After that, he announced that he was leaving WWE.
Since then Jey hasn’t been seen on the WWE television. In fact, no other member of The Bloodline or Jimmy made an appearance that made the fans worried about the future of the stable.
Recently, The special counsel of Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman, has addressed the current status of the villainous faction after Jey’s departure. While appearing on WWE ‘The Bump’, Heyman had questions for the WWE Universe. He asked whether they have the notion that The Bloodline is over and went on to send an ultimatum.
Paul Heyman said, “Okay, The Bloodline is finished. Let’s see who main events WrestleMania 40, do you think it is going to be a Bloodline member? Do you think it won’t be Roman Reigns? Do you think The Bloodline is finished? Okay, believe that for yourself, and then we will see where we are when Roman Reigns decides to appear on television”.
Thus, based on what Heyman stated, it looks like The Bloodline is far from over. However, it remains to be seen what plans WWE has for the faction moving ahead.
Paul Heyman believes Jimmy Uso will return to The Bloodline
While The special counsel of Roman Reigns talked about the current status of The Bloodline, he also stated something else. He believes that Jimmy Uso will make his return to the stable soon. The wise man stated that Solo Sikoa the younger brother of Jimmy, is still a member of The Bloodline. He then went on to say that, it’s Sikoa’s brotherly love that will lure the 38-year-old back into the stable.
He said, “There’s still lots for Jimmy. His younger brother Solo is still with us. His younger brother Solo is still within The Bloodline, still the enforcer, still the sergeant in arms, still the one that will impose our will upon people”.
“If for nothing else, there’s a love of his younger brother, that’s something that’s quite a lure for Jimmy. If for nothing else, forget about materialistic things, forget about the money and the fame and the prestige and the honor and the relevance of it all – there’s the love of his brother Solo”.
It remains to be seen whether Jimmy Uso makes the choice to return to the villainous faction. Since his twin brother Jey is currently out of the promotion. Jimmy is all set to return to Friday Night SmackDown this week; only time will tell what his next move will be.
