Bangkok, Thailand’s world-famous Lumpinee Boxing Stadium will showcase a monumental edition of ONE Friday Fights next month, and another super-fight between Jonathan Di Bella and Prajanchai has just been added to the already stacked event.
ONE Friday Fights 58: Superbon vs. Grigorian II happens on Friday, April 5, at the mecca of Muay Thai and now features the co-main event clash between ONE Strawweight Kickboxing World Champion Jonathan Di Bella and ONE strawweight Muay Thai king Prajanchai PK Saenchai. The two will contest for Di Bella’s kickboxing crown.

Both athletes have had recent success in ONE Championship. Di Bella made the first defense of his crown at ONE Fight Night 15 last October, defeating durable Danial Williams across five rounds of kickboxing action to pick up the unanimous decision win.
While his skills allowed him to shine against Williams, the Italian-Canadian will face a new test at ONE Friday Fights 58.
Prajanchai aims for two-sport glory
Coming in hot against Jonathan Di Bella is Prajanchai PK Saenchai, who recently returned to the ONE strawweight Muay Thai throne after he obliterated Joseph Lasiri to unify the ONE Strawweight Muay Thai World Title at ONE Friday Fights 46 last December. The first time Prajanchai and Lasiri met, the Thai’s performance was well under par. But in his second chance last December, Prajanchai made good by knocking out Lasiri in just 1:28 of the opening frame.

Prajanchai looked his frightening best when he unified the World Titles, and his legacy seems to be back intact. After retaking the throne, Prajanchai took to Instagram, saying: “You get what you work for, not what you wish for.”
The saying rings true for Prajanchai. And if he can become a two-sport king at ONE Friday Fights 58, he will join an elite club of combat sports kings in ONE Championship.
