Tommy Fury defeated KSI via a split decision in their highly anticipated boxing bout on The PRIME Card. The onus was on KSI and Fury to put up a decent boxing display after Logan Paul vs. Dillon Danis left fans utterly disappointed. Although the boxing was not great, KSI gave fans a lot to talk about post-fight.
After six three-minute rounds which featured nearly as many clinches as landed punches, Fury took home a majority decision victory. The decision, however, has been slated as controversial by many. Without a doubt, KSI was one of those many. In the post-fight interview, he stated that they would appeal the decision as they believed it was unfair.

Fury punched KSI in the back of the head, an illegal move, which saw his points get deducted. To get your points deducted in a six-rounder is essentially losing the fight. However, two of three judges still felt Fury did enough to defeat KSI.
In the post-fight interview, KSI called it a “robbery”. KSI was upset that the referee deducted only one point from Fury even though he hit the YouTube star on the back of the head multiple times. When asked if he thought Fury hit him on the back of his head purposely, KSI said, “Yes, of course, trying to f*ck on my equilibrium. And he was just grabbing me.”

KSI was asked by Ariel Helwani what his plans were moving forward from the loss. He explained that he would be appealing the decision where one judge scored the fight 57-57 while the other two judges deemed Fury victorious.
Tommy Fury was elated with his victory over KSI
Fury has added another win to his professional record which stands at 10-0. He defeated another influencer-turned-boxer and was elated with his victory. He opened up about suffering an injury very close to the fight.

“Listen, a lot went on in the buildup,” Fury said of his performance after the fight, according to CBS Sports. “I couldn’t use my right hand for six weeks. I’m not an excuse maker, but I couldn’t use my right hand. … Listen, I fought my heart out. I fought my absolute heart out and that’s all I can do. I said there’d never be another Tyson Fury. I’m just trying to be the best Tommy Fury I can be.”
Fury even took a jab at KSI after the match as he told him it’s time to go back to YouTube. He even called KSI a sore loser after the latter complained about the decision.
KSI’s pro boxing record now stands at 4-1 as he tastes his first defeat in the ring. On the other hand, Fury continues to stay undefeated as he now goes 10-0.
