Cody Rhodes’ comment drew inspiration from the record breaking ticket sales for Survivor Series
Prior to Survivor Series 2023, WWE hosted WrestleMania 22 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. With John Cena vs Triple H feuding for the WWE Championship, the PLE came out to be a banger. In addition to this, it marked a ticket sales record of 17,155 at the venue, making it the highest-grossing one-day event at the Allstate Arena.

With this being said, the latest stats from WrestleTix reveal a new record falling on Triple H’s shoulders. The remaining tickets are selling at a fast rate and it is expected that the PLE will go absolutely sold out. Initially, the arena was all set to be kept ready for 15000 people; however, with the increase in demand, the capacity was increased, bringing in more earning for the company.
Fans are all excited to see Randy Orton return to the ring, which has directly impacted ticket sales. In addition to this, the rumors are at their peak about CM Punk returning to WWE in his home country. With a great match card, only time will reveal what other viewership and sales record are broken at Survivor Series 2023.
