As soon as WWE Fastlane 2023 went off the air, Triple H spoke at the post-show press conference, where he praised various stars of the division. What caught the fans’ eye was the fact that his “MVP” in the women’s division was neither Rhea Ripley nor Charlotte Flair.
Yes, Triple H believes that his most valuable player in the women’s division was the Damage CTRL leader, Bayley. He called her “the unsung, all star of that women’s division.” However, this was not all. WWE’s CCO had a few more words to add to the worth of the Grand Slam Champion.
“Bayley just continues to prove why she is one of the most valuable players, an MVP of that division, like nobody else,” added HHH. Words such as these coming from ‘The Game’ himself hold quite a lot of importance. Despite being without a championship reign herself, she stands up for her faction mates, Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai, whenever required.

At Fastlane 2023 too, Bayley had an integral role to play. She helped Iyo Sky defend her championship in the triple threat match against Charlotte Flair and Asuka. Triple H’s praises have put Bayley on an even greater platform and this will eventually help her achieve more greatness in the years to come.
How does Bayley feel about working under Triple H?
Vince McMahon’s retirement in 2022 left the creative direction in the hands of Triple H. Following this news, a wide section of the WWE Universe seemed to be extremely elated and Bayley was one such star. Talking to The National, the Damage CTRL leader addressed how it feels to work under Triple H.
“He’s super-easy to talk to and to just have a conversation with whenever you feel the need to. You can always reach out to him, or he’s always around,” she said. As per the former Women’s Champion, it was also easy to pitch storylines and careers for the present as well as the future.
As a mentor, HHH has helped the Damage CTRL leader multiple times during her career run. With this being said, it is obvious that the bond that Bayley and Triple H share is indeed incredible. ‘The Game’ helped many stars from NXT in establishing their names in the pro wrestling industry and Bayley was one of them.
