The entire world is in a deep state of sadness after learning of Bray Wyatt’s unfortunate demise. Widely regarded as one of the greatest stars to ever step in the ring, Bray Wyatt has captivated the audience with his jaw-dropping in-ring performances. Only a very few stars have the power to hype up the fans and Bray has been a master of the skill.
However, Bray Wyatt has been missing from WWE television for the past few months. This led the fans to wonder about his health. There had been no revelation by the WWE management or from his end about the disease that he had been undergoing. Fans only knew that Bray was on his way to recovery and he would soon return back to the ring.
The professional wrestling industry had high hopes for The Fiend’s return, but destiny had some other plans. His recent hiatus from the wrestling division was not because of any mental health issue but perhaps because of the post-COVID-19 effects. “Windham Rotunda (Bray Wyatt) got COVID that exacerbated a heart issues,” wrote Sean Ross Sapp on his official X account.
The entire wrestling world is in a state of disbelief after the news of Bray’s demise broke out. However, it is highly commendable that, despite going through so much in his life, Bray Wyatt did not give up on his career. Looking at his past, his mental health status is often brought out in the WWE storylines.
Bray Wyatt and his struggles with mental health
Being a silent person, Bray Wyatt hardly makes a statement before the public. However, his thoughts couldn’t stop growing and he eventually decided to pen down a fraction of it. Taking to his official Instagram handle multiple times, Bray Wyatt skillfully revealed the mental issues that he suffered from.
In one of his posts, he wrote, “You have no idea how much a simple, thoughtless comment on social media can directly affect the person you are sending it to.” He was, however, forever grateful to his loved ones especially his kids, mother, and fiancée Jojo for being there for him at all times.
