Three years ago the world lost NBA legend Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna Bryant. Kobe played for the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA for 20 years before he decided to hang his jersey. However, the fans didn’t imagine losing him and his daughter in a helicopter crash. Gigi was said to be the female version of Kobe and, people had high hopes for her as she set herself on the path like her father.
The world was shocked to learn about the crash that killed 9 people onboard, including Kobe and Gigi. Despite the best efforts of the pilot, Ara Zobayan couldn’t ensure the safety of the passengers. A few hours before the crash, we would read a tweet from Kobe to LeBron James. Congratulating him for surpassing him in the all-time scoring record, which would eventually be his last words to James and the world.

When the autopsy report became public knowledge, it saddened the fans in the manner Kobe and his daughter died. However, the world was lucky enough to know the last words of the Mamba himself.
Gigi in her last moments could only be holding her father in those final moments. It is well known that the last public message that Kobe gave out to the world. He congratulated LeBron on his official Twitter account. “Continuing to move the game forward @KingJames. Much respect my brother #33644,” Kobe tweeted. Since then it is hard to figure out what Gigi’s final words were.

Numerous sources have claimed that Gigi’s last words were, “I don’t wanna die, dad.“ However, it has not been confirmed by her family and relatives. We could only suppose that those could be her last words in her final moments. However, we will never know for sure what were her last words. Nevertheless, all that the fans can now o is pray and hope that Kobe, Gigi, and the rest of the victims of the crash find peace.
