Zach LaVine has been the center of trade talks lately. The Chicago Bulls have entered a point of no return, where they either have to make moves now or suffer the consequences later. So far, the Bulls haven’t had a great run since the arrival of two other All-Stars. They are currently ranked 13th in the Eastern Conference with a record of 6 wins and 14 losses. This certainly isn’t a position any team would want to be in.
For starters, LaVine hasn’t had consistent appearances on the court which is why the Bulls are also struggling. Without him, Chicago is missing out on a major scoring leverage as he averages 21 points per game. However, they are dealing with major chemistry issues. There are several rumors regarding the Bulls’ interest in shipping him away. And if they give up on him, they are also letting go of one of the best isolation players in the league as well.
“I think the Lakers will be patient… I expect them to express interest in Zach LaVine… The Bulls, I’m sure, would covet Austin Reaves in any potential LaVine trade.”@ShamsCharania on whether LA will pursue a 3rd star 🗣

So far, the Los Angeles Lakers have rumored interest in the shooting guard. The Lakers are still considering making a couple of changes to the roster, and bringing a lethal guard like Zach LaVine will give them a major boost in the starting lineup. However, the Lakers will also have to give up a lot to acquire him. The Bulls are seeking Austin Reaves and Rui Hachimura for LaVine. Rumors claim that LA will covet Reaves and potentially wait until next year.
Zach LaVine will be sidelined for one week due to left foot soreness
With various scenarios popping up, Zach LaVine’s injuries aren’t working in his favor. Teams are going to be hesitant to acquire an injury-prone athlete as it would also affect the chemistry and pace. LaVine has been in and out of the Bulls lineup with foot injuries. Over the last two games, he has barely made an appearance. LaVine was ruled out against the Milwaukee Bucks, but luckily Nikola Vucevic and Alex Caruso were able to push for the victory.
Bulls guard Zach LaVine will be sidelined for one week with right foot soreness, team says.

Recently, Shams Charania revealed that Zach will be sidelined for one week due to left foot soreness. The team will closely evaluate his injury before bringing him back to the court. Unfortunately, the Bulls are going to take a major hit as DeMar DeRozan is also dealing with injuries now and then. He wasn’t available for the Bucks game and could miss out on a couple more matchups. DeRozan is questionable for their next game.
Zach LaVine has been struggling quite a bit due to a lack of efficiency. But on the brighter side, he can be a dominant 25+ points per game scorer when he is healthy and in form.
