LeBron James has been extra motivated over the last few weeks to make a solid comeback next season. The Los Angeles Lakers had a hard fall despite their last-minute efforts to revamp the roster. They made an incredible post-season run to the Western Conference Finals but ultimately lost to the eventual champions, the Denver Nuggets. However, James is known for using his setbacks as fuel to improve his game.
Besides all the drama revolving around his comments on retirement, the 4x League MVP had to face a father’s worst nightmare. His eldest son, Bronny James suffered from a cardiac arrest during a workout session at USC. The news wound up rattling the entire NBA community as fans and fellow athletes extended their support. There is still no update on what triggered the cardiac arrest.

Bronny was rushed to the hospital on Monday, where he received immediate treatment. He was taken out of the intensive care unit and eventually discharged. While Bronny recovers at his home in Los Angeles, his consulting cardiologist stated that his medical team will continue to run tests to determine the cause. LeBron James also reached out to his supporters via Twitter.
LeBron James’ Nike LeBron 21s are expected to be released this fall
While the situation around Bronny slowly recovers, LeBron James and Bryce Maximus were spotted working out together. Much like his elder brother, Bryce is slowly making a name for himself in the sports community. The 16-year-old is known as LeBron’s replica, showing similarities to his father’s game in his own. Bryce previously played for Sierra Canyon before transferring to Campbell Hall School.

LeBron shared a couple of images from their training session on Instagram. He captioned the post, “It’s my job to always remain strong & to show them the blueprint regardless of the outcome! #JamesGang #BryceMaximus #MyTwin.” The father and son duo were also wearing USC Trojans merchandise to pay homage to Bronny, who committed to the university in May.
James also gave a little sneak peek at his upcoming Nike LeBron 21s. The design remains fairly similar to his previous releases over the last few years. According to Sneaker News, the LeBron 21s worn in the picture are called “Sail”, a colorway that is quite simple in appearance but brings a lot of vibrancy with its gold highlights. James’ newest signature shoes are expected to be released this fall or sometime around the start of the upcoming NBA season.
