Born and brought up in Canada, Tristan Thompson is an NBA player for the Los Angeles Lakers drafted in 2011 by the Cleveland Cavaliers. Winning an NBA championship in 2016, Tristan also won in his personal life with his relationship with Khloe Kardashian. The two dated for a while and became parents to two kids.
Khloe announced her first pregnancy in 2017 on her Instagram page. Khloe and Tristan welcomed their first child, a daughter on April 12, 2018, named True Thompson. Later in 2022, the two were expecting their second child via surrogate at the time they broke up. In July 2022, they welcomed their son, however, the name was not revealed at that point. The announcement finally came nine months after from The U.S. Sun revealing Khloe and Tristan’s son’s name as Tatum Robert.

In those nine months, Khloe had to think a lot because of her family pressure. While her mother kept insisted on keeping her late father’s name Robert, as the first name, Khloe wanted it to be a middle name. Adamantly she kept it as the middle name in honor of her brother Rob and father Robert.
As for his first name, she wanted it to begin with the letter T for Tristan so her daughter was named True. The decision, however, took time to confirm as she wanted it to be different. As for her relationship with Tristan, the two dated for a while.
Are Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian dating?
Parent to two kids, Tristan and Khloe are not together anymore. After suffering and going through many hurdles in their relationship the two split up for the final time in 2021. Their first breakup was in 2018 when Khloe was nine months pregnant with their first child as Tristan was caught cheating on Khloe with other women.
Rebuilding their relationship, the two again broke up in 2019 relating to the Jordyn Woods scandal. And later the fitness trainer Maralee Nichols scandal took place in 2020. .

The rumors of their relationship, however, began in 2016 when the two were spotted exiting the Bootsy Bellows nightclub in L.A., following their vacation in Mexico. The two had met on a blind date. In their initial years of dating, the two were seen together quite often, making their first appearance officially at Flo Rida’s birthday party at LIV.
Following this, they celebrated Christmas and New Year of which the photos were posted by Tristan himself. Their relationship was official to Khloe’s family after they met at Kanye West’s concert. Khloe was quite vocal during her relationship with Tristan. The KUWTK star publicly revealed her relationship with Tristan during her appearance at Jimmy Kimmel Live in 2016.
Besides their turbulent relationship, the two have been great in co-parenting their two kids. Although not together, both Khloe and Tristan do come together in celebration of their kid’s birthday or any of their events.
