Jimmy Butler has been a very important piece on the Miami Heat’s roster. They had an extremely unconventional rise to the top. The Heat were almost out of playoff contention and struggled to keep up with the play-in tournament teams. It turns out that Butler’s confidence in his team would take them far into the tournament.
2023 French Open Tennis Star, Coco Gauff has been maintaining a good relationship with Jimmy. She claimed that he offered her regular season game tickets which she had used. Butler would later offer postseason game tickets to Gauff which she rejected as she was expected to be competing abroad. The 6″7 foot small forward’s choice of words would impress Gauff.
“When he sent me that I knew we were making the Finals because he didn’t say ‘if we make the Finals’ he said ‘when we make the Finals’.”

The Celtics were on pace to become the first-ever team to come back from a 3-0 deficit. But to everyone’s surprise, Miami emerged victorious in Game 7 sending the Celtics back home. Denver will certainly be a huge matchup for Miami. However, Butler did predict that he sees himself winning a championship this season.
