SUMMARY
- Chris Paul got ejected from the Warriors vs Pacers game for calling Tony Brothers a TikToker.
- Paul has always had a rocky relationship with referees in the NBA.
Chris Paul is famed for being an instigator at times. His occasional rowdy-like antics on the floor make him an interesting player to watch. Now with the Golden State Warriors, Paul has been coming off the bench. Even though he doesn’t have much impact on scoring anymore, the legendary point guard has been a great mentor for the young Warriors stars. He still contributes fairly good numbers in terms of facilitation as well.
The Warriors recently played against the Indiana Pacers at the Chase Center. Unfortunately, the game did not end as the Warriors expected. After witnessing a 111-123 upset, the Warriors have now put themselves in grave danger of missing the playoffs. They rank 10th in the Western Conference with a 36-33 record. The Houston Rockets are two games behind the Warriors, making their upcoming games must-win matchups.
Chris Paul got ejected for calling Tony Brothers a “TikToker”
Chris Paul better walk on eggshells as the Warriors cannot afford to lose him in between games. During the Warriors vs Pacers game, CP3 kept chirping at referee Tony Brothers. With under 30 seconds left in the game, Paul was rewarded a technical for a defensive play. Meanwhile, the Warriors were trailing behind the Pacers by a good margin when Paul called Brothers a “TikToker”.

During the post-game press conference, Paul revealed what happened before he got chucked out of the game. “Old Tony. He [was] talking to me, I talked back. I called him a TikToker, and I got a tech. It was the first one. The second one, I just said that’s too much. Powers. He gave me another tech.”

As you can see, Paul reposted a video of Brothers saying, “I don’t even really care too much for basketball.” Brothers once revealed that he never had much interest in the sport. He claimed he wanted to be a lawyer.
Chris Paul has a history of provoking NBA officials
Chris Paul has never had great relationships with referees. Earlier this season, Paul had beef with Scott Foster, another controversial official in the NBA. It was during a game against the Phoenix Suns when Paul had a verbal dispute with Foster. Paul had fouled Kevin Durant on a play after which the point guard tried confronting Foster about it. The referee ultimately ejected him for saying, “You’re a b*tch.”
LEAKED Audio Of Chris Paul Arguing With Scott Foster👀:
Paul: “In the way? I was in the way? That’s bullsh*t!
Foster: “No, that’s not bullsh*t. Enough”
Paul: “Get the f*ck out of here with that”
Later, CP3 called out Foster for mentioning his son: “He’s talking about my son!” pic.twitter.com/xxro0K9rFw

Later, sources claimed Foster brought up Chris Paul’s son during the argument. It is unclear what caused the confrontation but CP3 has often instigated fights on the floor in the past. But his antics could cause problems for the Warriors. Luckily, Paul got ejected towards the end of the game. If he had gotten ejected earlier, it would caused serious damage to the team’s second unit.
