There are a lot of holes to fill regarding Bronny James and his future in the sport of basketball. Over the last couple of weeks, several young athletes like him have fallen victim to various health scares. Cardiac arrest has been the most common issue out of the lot. Doctors have been trying their best to figure out what caused the episode. So far, they haven’t revealed too much about it to the public either which has gotten fans pushing for answers.
LeBron James‘ son’s cardiac arrest took place during a basketball workout at USC’s Galen Center. Bronny committed to the University of Southern California back in May and is scheduled to make his college debut later this year. However, if medical experts do not find the exact cause of the health scare, this may ultimately force James to quit playing basketball. This is mainly because he’d be at risk of recurring cardiac arrest as well.
Shareef O’Neal told TMZ that Bronny James Jr.’s recent health scare is not expected to affect his future basketball career.

Despite all the chaos, Bronny James recovered fairly quickly. Within a week of being admitted, he was discharged and sent back to his house in Los Angeles, where he is currently rehabbing. According to updates from TMZ, LeBron and Bronny have been making a couple of visits to Mayo Clinic, in Minnesota. This medical facility is supposedly the highest-rated hospital in the United States. They are also known for having a great cardiology team as well.
Fans erupt while LeBron James and Bronny James walk out with Drake
Ever since he was discharged from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Bronny James has made a couple of appearances with his family around LA. In July, he was spotted exiting a restaurant in Santa Monica with the entire James clan. LeBron also gave a little sneak peek of what’s happening at home. He posted a video of the 18-year-old striking a couple of dreamy chords on the piano. Fans were quite happy to see that Bronny is doing alright.
However, these weren’t the only times Bronny has been spotted out in the city following his cardiac arrest. Drake recently invited LeBron James and young Bronny to walk out with him during a concert in Los Angeles. The entire stadium erupted in joy as they witnessed the trio walk out into the arena. They made their way through the crowds before Drake went onto the stage. A few fans expressed their happiness seeing Bronny looking healthy.

But for Drake, his upcoming shows aren’t to be missed. Based on the comments he made during an interview with Lil Yachty, Drizzy may be exiting the music business in a couple of years. What better way to share moments like these with another legend like LeBron James? The 4x NBA Champion is also entering his final years in the league. However, retirement isn’t on his cards for the time being.
