Stephen Curry is one of the best basketball players of his generation, and the best 3-point shooter in NBA history. Curry plays for the Warriors and has spent his entire career with the Dubs. In 2018, Steph visited the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesota for Super Bowl LII. Super Bowl is one of the biggest events of the year. It manages to attract some big celebrities and sports personalities. However, Curry was welcomed by boos in the stadium.
Curry is a well-liked athlete in the NBA, who is away from controversies, and has a happy family. He is often vocal about people who suffer from social injustice. However, not many people like a winner and Steph is a 3x NBA champion and a 2X league MVP. Curry visited the Super Bowl LII in Minnesota, where the final would be played between the Philadelphia Eagles and the New England Patriots. Unfortunately, Steph was welcomed with boos all around.

Much to the fan’s discomfort, Steph put on a mature outlook and wasn’t much bothered by the negative chants. Steph and the Warriors were dominating at the time, and every team had an aim to down the Warriors. Stephen Curry was shown on the jumbotron and the crowd couldn’t help but jeer the 2x MVP.
Steph called it, “definitely fun,” on the boos coming from the fans. “Yeah, because they were booing Tom Brady the whole game and he obviously represents championship pedigree,” Curry said. “It means you’re doing something right if people hate you,” said Curry. This season Curry is averaging 29.4 points, 6.4 assists, and 6.3 rebounds.
Which NFL team does Stephen Curry support?
The Golden State Warriors is a longtime Carolina Panthers faithful. He was born and brought up in Charlotte, North Carolina. So for him, Panthers were a natural choice for him to choose. Even when the Panthers were undergoing a rebuild and on a poor run of form, he stuck with them. Steph hopes that his team gets back to top form. “But hopefully, the future’s bright, and I’m going to Keep Pounding all the way through it,” said Curry.

Despite his favorite team having a woeful season as they finished 11th in the National Football Conference, he continues to show full support for his team. Stephen Curry and the Warriors are having an average season, flirting with the .500 mark after the loss against the Los Angeles Lakers. The Western Conference is blown open and will be an exciting finish to the regular season.
