Since Lies of P has established itself as a legitimate and well-made soul, its creators Neowiz Games and Round8 Studio don’t seem to be content to sit back and enjoy their success. The recently released Lies of P will receive DLC, and work on it has already begun, according to a new listing on Neowiz’s website.
Bloodborne-like characteristics initially generated interest in the game, but Lies of P’s dark, violent adaptation of Carlo Collodi’s The Adventures of Pinocchio succeeds in forging its own unique identity. Even if the game is a rich experience overall and New Game Plus helps make it more replayable, the idea of more DLC is still intriguing.
Lies of P looks like it’s confirmed to be getting a DLC courtesy of a job posting. The director said he wanted to tell a lot more stories in Krat but it depended on the success of the game. I’m so proud of them. That studio just GETS it. Can’t wait pic.twitter.com/elHr5lLCWY

Gamers have hailed Lies of P as a game that can stand with FromSoftware’s other releases, making it a notable title for the independent firm. As Neowiz has revealed it has started production on its DLC, Lies of P’s good characteristics appear to be percolating forward.
Lies of P DLC confirmed
The publisher’s website, which displays several open opportunities at the business, verified this. These positions show that the DLC is still in its very early stages of development because they also describe how it is intended for production. A scenario writer and quest planner are two additional crucial professions.
X (previously Twitter) user Okami Games first spotted the listing earlier, which is from a post on the business’s official job board. It sounds like DLC for the Bloodborne-like, dark Pinocchio dream Lies of P could be coming soon.

The aforementioned post-credits sequence, which mostly shows a man named Philippus Paracelsus on a train, conversing with an unidentified character on the phone, is the scene that most likely leads into Lies of P DLC. He talks about the findings of the “Krat experiment,” claiming they need more study, but he also suggests that he has other means of obtaining eternal life, which he calls Dorothy.
The post-credit scene concludes with brief footage of someone wearing ruby red shoes crossing a roof in Krat and clicking their heels serval times. The Krat experiment is a reference to P becoming human despite being a puppet, but Dorothy looks to be a tribute to L. Frank Baum’s Oz stories.
Known for its imaginative retelling of a traditional fairy tale, Lies of P is quickly gaining recognition as a beloved fantasy adventure. This includes using original mechanics based on its source material and manipulating traditional puppet visuals into unsettling robots. It will be interesting to see where the DLC will take place as Neowiz and co-developer Round8 have a lot of inspiration to draw from.
