The Undertaker is a larger-than-life personality in the world of pro wrestling. With his exceptional skills, he has not only entertained the fans but also inspired many. He has been a part of WWE for several years. However, while his in-ring stories are famous among his fans, they might not be aware of the story of how one call changed his life and WWE’s history forever.
Previously, WWE higher-ups, including Triple H, Bruce Prichard, Paul Heyman, and The Undertaker himself, shed light on how Taker became a part of WWE. With that, ‘The Game’ and Prichard talked about how Vince McMahon initially found nothing special in The Undertaker.
However, Triple H then said, “Finally, Vince took a meeting with him“. Moving ahead, Paul Heyman and The Undertaker himself narrated what happened. ‘The Deadman’ said that prior to his big meeting with Vince, Heyman wanted him to go out in the city. During that, things got messed up, and Taker ripped up his pants. However, everything went well, and they reached Vince’s office.
Shedding light on the meeting between The Undertaker and McMahon, Triple H said, “What was supposed to be a 30-minute meeting, ended up going 4 hours“. Bruce added, “Vince really fell in love with the human being Mark Calaway instantly“. However, though the meeting went well, nothing was confirmed about Taker’s debut.
WWE then introduced a gigantic egg. With that, ‘The Deadman’ thought that he would be the one to get hatched from the egg, and he said “I’m gonna be a giant egg“. However, Bruce Prichard made it clear that ‘The Phenom’ was never supposed to hatch out of the egg. The WWE legend then went on to reveal that he knew that the phone would ring and he would be called ‘Eggman’.
