UFC President Dana White has shared a fascinating story recently. Dana, who never runs out of interesting things to say, has revealed a timeline for when he may die and it is not too far away! For fans who may panic after reading this, no, Dana does not have any terminal illness. Instead, the story has quite a positive ending.
During a recent appearance on The Action Junkeez Podcast, Dana stated what really happened. The 52-year-old revealed that he was a great fan of Human Biologist Gary Brecka. According to White, Gary can predict when a person may die based on some blood and DNA tests. It made Dana so curious that he had to check it out for himself.
Earlier this year, White was in Florida to celebrate his son’s 21st birthday. Alongside celebrating his birthday, it provided him with a great opportunity to give Gary a visit. So what did the doctor have to say to one of the most important men in the sport of MMA?
“So, he ends up coming out, sits down for 3.5 hours and goes through my blood work. And I’m all f***ed up. So my triglycerides are like 764, they should be between 80 and 150. And everything else that could possibly be bad, is bad. He gave me 10.4 years to live… This was 16 weeks ago and he says, ‘if you don’t change these things that you’re gonna do, this is your life expectancy right now.'”
It ultimately ended up working out in Dana’s favour as he went on a 10-week treatment program. It helped Dana immensely with a lot of lingering issues. For example, Dana mentioned that he had a lot of problems with his feet. While his previous doctors could not solve the issue in 10 years, Gary Brecka found its remedy in just 10 weeks.

So it looks like Dana White is doing much better physically. Despite never admitting defeat and looking like the most indestructible person in the world, he is only human and he needs medical attention as well. But Dana has looked to be in a good shape and very healthy in recent times.
Dana White is the hardest working man in MMA
It is not controversial to say that Dana White is probably the hardest working man in MMA. While fighters like Conor McGregor, Ronda Rousey and Brock Lesnar have played big parts in making the sport more palatable for the masses, it is Dana White who built the stage for them to shine.
Since the Fertitta brothers bought the UFC in 2001, Dana has been a key part of the company’s success. From bringing in Joe Rogan to be a part of the company to growing UFC into the juggernaut that it currently is, Dana White has built an empire. Because of his tireless efforts alongside his team, MMA is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world.
Even recently, Dana revealed plans to transform the sport and the UFC completely. He is eyeing the market in China to spread the sport much faster in Asia. Plus, he has plans to bring UFC to Africa as well. So, the longer Dana White is associated with the sport, the better it is,
