Earlier this month, the youtube channel of Formula 1 released a video of F1 drivers playing the game ‘Never Have I Ever’ during which Charles Leclerc gave the fans something to look out for.
In the video, Charles Leclerc said something that excited a lot of fans. The question asked was ‘Never have I ever recorded a song!’ To which Leclerc replied: “I am doing it now. It’s not going to be public, I mean I am just doing it for myself, I am trying to produce songs.”
it might change… 🙃

Fans got excited by the fact that Leclerc was producing songs but were disappointed that it was not available to the public. At least until April 24th when he did release a song named Aus23 (1:1).
However, soon after the song was released, it was taken down by Spotify.
Did Charles Leclerc take down his song on Spotify?
A lot of fans thought that the Monagasque had taken it down himself. But in a recent post, he commented that he did not do it himself and that his team was working on it to get it back up and running.
The team is on ittttt ! 😅
Should be back soon, hopefully today. Sorryyyy 🙃— Charles Leclerc (@Charles_Leclerc) April 25, 2023
Charles Leclerc’s apology and reply made his fans elated again. They could not help but show their impatience towards waiting for the song to be back up again. Here are some of the reactions to Leclerc’s apology and his song:
you scared us, now we wait and then it‘s on repeat 😌

It’s crazy to think he started it as a hobby in 2020 and now he’s releasing his own piece 🥹 super proud to see how far he’s come and i can’t wait to hear even more pieces in the future
Go listen to it if you haven’t yet!!https://t.co/8RYvbjiag7

Charles Leclerc received a ton of praise from his fans regarding the song. Some even said he deserved a Grammy for the song, so social media was on it and they delivered in the tweet below.

A lot of fans got fooled by the video above thinking it was real. Just so there is no doubt, the above tweet is a fake video created by fans as a show of praise for AUS23 (1:1). The song has also not taken the top spot in the Hot 100 Billboard chart. We are hoping that the song is back up on Spotify soon. For those who have not listened to it, the song is on Spotify, although not listed right now.
What next for Leclerc?
Now when we are talking about the future of Leclerc’s career we should be more specific on whether we are talking about Formula 1 or Music.
AUS23 (1:1) is just the start of Leclerc’s new career as a musician. We could see more albums coming in over the next few years. It is good for Leclerc that he now has something to fall back on once his career in Formula 1 is complete.

However, for now, he has the Azerbaijan Grand Prix coming up this weekend. the Azerbaijan Grand Prix will be the first Sprint weekend of the year, so it will be important for Charles Leclerc to get some good points during the weekend. Leclerc currently has a low 6 points after scoring only in 1 out of 2 races this season.
Leclerc and the team will be looking to get back into the battle for 2nd in the Championship table. Fans will now be following both of Leclerc’s careers very closely.
