SUMMARY
- F1 fans swarm social media to troll Visa Cash App RB's race suit for 2024.
- VCARB will launch its debut livery on 09 February, 2024.
The F1 2024 season has barely begun and has already seen a lot more go down in the past week. From Lewis Hamilton’s move from Mercedes to Ferrari to Christian Horner being investigated for inappropriate behavior the season has only proven to become more and more chaotic. However, concern only arose when Visa Cash App RB’s leaked race suit feat. Daniel Ricciardo was posted online.
The VCARB team was said to have their race suits leaked on Twitter with a picture of Daniel Ricciardo in the new RB race suits. However, the race suits were similar to Williams’s 2021 race suits with white and blue. It also had all the sponsors in one place with the Visa Cash App on the very end and the other sponsors like Honda, Tudor, and Hugo right above it.
While the race suit also had a logo of the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls on its top left corner, the race suit looked more like a dupe than an original race suit for the former AlphaTauri group. Their race suit before the new branding was a white and dark blue race suit matching the colors of AlphaTauri. However, many were upset with the new branding and the race suit that had come out of it.
Fans left disgusted by VCARB race suit for Daniel Ricciardo
The Visa Cash App RB branding was one of the many things that first raised concern among fans for the name of the team changing from AlphaTauri to VCARB. However, it seems like something worse was coming for the community as VCARB had their race suits leaked. Soon the comments came flooding in with many against the new branding completely. One fan said, “What a cr*p race suit.”

Another fan commented, “It’s so dull btw”, referring to the simple white and bright blue together.
One user mentioned the ominous white with the many sponsors pasted on top of it which makes it look more like a billboard by saying, “That’s a billboard, not a race suit.” And another user commented, “Still better than the Sauber one.”, as they mentioned the Stake F1 team Kick Sauber, who are now facing a lawsuit, and their black race suits with bright green sleeves that look like highlighters.

Another fan brought up the fact that the race suits looked more like a billboard and a way to promote the brands by saying, “Man looks like a commercial.”
While many fans have been upset with the race suit already and have already guessed the colors that will be on the livery, many are waiting to see what the car would look like. Earlier, the team had hinted at having a pink, blue, and green blend for their car livery, but the race suits are nowhere close to matching the color scheme that was hinted at.
VCARB hinted at their livery a day before the launch
Visa Cash App Racing Bulls hinted at the colors of their livery earlier this year with the colors of the livery being a blend of green, pink, and blue. The green in the pink and blue is an addition to their sponsor’s Cash App. However, their teaser pictures of the livery seemed quite different than what many had in their mind.
The color after the new branding of the team is a bright blue with Racing Bulls written in white and that is the color scheme that they went along with for the race suits. However, the car livery also looks quite similar to the race suits with the teaser pictures showcasing a similar blue with Visa and the Racing Bulls logo on it in white.
Here are a few teaser images of @VisaCashAppRB‘s RB-01, which will be unveiled tomorrow! 🇮🇳 11:45am on Friday, Indian Standard Time.

A similar significance between their livery last year as AlphaTauri with the blue and white, the team seems to be sticking to their colors of recognition. The branding for the new team already left the team worried about the reaction from fans and seems to be sticking with being recognized as the same team that pushed two positions above in the championship last season rather than being brand new.
