Orto Capital, Red Bird Capital Partners, and Maximum Effort Investment are said to be a part of this investment group. Ryan Reynolds will be leading the Maximum Effort investments and Rob and Michael B. Jordan are to be co-investors.

Alongside the Hollywood stars, Redbird Capital Partners are also joining the investment group and are planning on buying a minor stake in the Alpine team. RedBird is run by Gerry Cardinale who is a former Goldman Sachs banker. RedBird is an active investor in the Fenway Sports Group.
Fenway Sports Group owns Liverpool and also the Boston Red Sox. RedBird also got their stakes in AC Milan after buying it for $1.36 billion and the French soccer club, Toulouse. While the Otro Capital co-founder and partner, Alec Scheiner will also be joining the ownership board. The $218 million deal will shoot the value of the Alpine team to $900 million.
Who is Alpine F1’s CEO Laurent Rossi?
The CEO of the Alpine Formula 1 team, Laurent Rossi, who will also be on the ownership board, believes that this association is going to be an important step to enhance their performance at all levels.
He said, “Otro Capital, RedBird Capital Partners, and Maximum Effort Investments, as international players with a strong track record in the sports industry, will bring their recognized expertise to boost our media and Marketing strategy, essentially to support our sporting performance over the long term.”
He also added, “The incremental revenue generated will in turn be reinvested in the team, in order to further accelerate our Mountain Climber plan, aimed at catching up with top teams in terms of state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.”
Laurent Rossi is the CEO of the Alpine F1 Team. He was appointed as the CEO of Alpine Racing SAS and Chairman of Alpine Racing LTD. Laurent Rossi reports to the CEO of the Renault Group, Luca De Meo. While also being a member of the Group Corporate Management Committee.
