Max Verstappen is an important figure in Red Bull racing. The Dutch driver joined Red Bull’s junior team Toro Rosso when he was just 17 years old. later he moved to Red Bull, and with the Austrian team, he has won 3 World Championship titles.

In a recent interview held by Autosport, Max Verstappen was asked to give his opinion on the possibility of the F1 race being held in Osake in 2030. The Dutch driver believes he won’t be racing till then. While Verstappen has always fancied an early retirement, it has always been unclear when he could leave the sport.

Verstappen has mentioned retirement and focusing on things other than f1 before. Recently in an interview with Autosport, Max Verstappen gave more updates on his retirement.

He was asked about a potential race being held in Osaka in 2030. To which the 3 times world champion replied, “I won’t be here then anyway!“. The Dutch driver has penned down a contract with Red Bull till 2028. However, after the latest update from Max, it can be implied that he might retire after his contract comes to an end.
Whatever a driver could imagine achieving during his f1 career has mostly been done By Verstappen. Just at the age of 26, the Dutch driver has 3 Championships and 57 victories so an early retirement could not be far away.

He said, “I want to drive different kind of championships and also build up something myself, in terms of maybe a racing team or whatever. So yeah, I don’t want to drive, let’s say, forever.”
