SUMMARY
- Kick and Twitch are two of the biggest streaming giants on the planet and share a rivalry.
- Twitch Streamer Jynxzi recently went after Kick and its culture.
The streamer rivalry is a real thing. And by now the world knows how far streamers can go for views and engagement. In the recent past violence has been a common element seen in streams.
Recently a Twitch streamer, Jynxzi called out the rival platform for its culture and content. And what followed was, obviously, backlash.
Jynxzi comments on Kick
Streamers Nicholas “Jynxzi” and Charlie “MoistCr1TiKaL” recently spoke about Kick on their latest podcast. During the same, they expressed their concerns about the streaming platform. They highlighted how the platform was filled with violent or combative content among its streamers.
In the clip now viral, Jynxzi said, “At first I thought Kick was interesting because they signed Adin (Ross), xQc, Bruce (BruceDropEmOff), Rage (YourRAGE), all of them in a couple of months, I’m like, ‘Bro, maybe it will go down that route,’ but then it went down IRL streaming route of like the worst thing you could imagine.”
The streamer further goes on to say “I feel like it is pretty obvious but any crime, illegal activity, let’s not do that. I mean even fist fights. I feel like why are we even streaming this.”
“Then [Kick] just went down the IRL streaming route of the worst thing you can imagine”

“I think Kick’s best play would be to fix that shit and create their own kind of culture because right now they have a culture,” he adds.
Obviously, his comments criticizing a platform like Kick which has some of the biggest streamers signed under their banner, did not go well with the streamers as well as the audience.
xQc reacts to Jynxzi’s comments and defends Kick
xQc, a Kick streamer came in defence of the platform. Clearly unimpressed by Jynxzi and MoistCr1TiKaL’s recent comment during their joint podcast. xQc addressed the same during the latest stream saying, “I don’t wanna be a d*ckrider but Imma keep it a buck. Guys, the platform is barely a year old. The fight thing stopped and it was like, three or four creators.”

He then said, “How are you gonna make a conclusion of the entire platform from three or four creators out of thousands and thousands? And say ‘They have a culture of that’.”
He then again emphasized the fact that Kick is only a year old, while Twitch is more than a decade old. “It’s not even a year old, compared to like a 15-year-old overall like, complete line. It’s not even comparable on either end. I’m confused. What the f**k?,” he said
Not just xQc, the fans also seemed unimpressed. The clip has several comments criticizing the two streamers.
