EA Sports UFC 5 which is coming after three years has got their fans excited about the game after the launch of their official trailer. UFC 5 is coming to Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 and will feature Israel Adesanya, Alexander Volkanovski, and Valentina Shevchenko as Cover Stars.
The UFC game will be released on October 27 and will debut EA’s new Frostbite Engine which includes a Real Impact System, new striking animations, a reworked submission system, and new cinematic knockout replays.

The gameplay will also have new added features such as doctor’s checks and stoppages, new strikes and hit reactions, seamless submissions, fight week and alter egos.
The game will come in two editions i.e. standard edition cover and deluxe edition cover. UFC’s middleweight champion Israel Adesanya will feature on the deluxe edition cover, and Alexander Volkanovski and Valentina Shevchenko the featherweight champions of UFC will feature on the standard edition cover. Both the editions will be available for preorder.
UFC 5 features Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali
On September 7, EA Sports announced the release date and gameplay details of the upcoming MMA game UFC 5, the next installment of the UFC series. Both the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of the game will launch October 27. EA’s new gameplay additions will give a definitive MMA experience to the game.
The 118-second long teaser trailer which aired on September 7, showed new gameplay footage, along with new fighters addition to the game.
EA Sports UFC 5 will feature two iconic boxers Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali as playable characters when it releases. The preordered deluxe edition of UFC 5 will receive fighting legends Mike Tyson, Muhammad Ali and, and legendary fighter Bruce Lee among others.
By pre-ordering the deluxe edition of the game, fans can unlock the former heavyweight boxing champions as well as recently retired MMA icon Fedor Emelianenko.

Additionally, new details about the game indicate that Conor McGregor will have three different playable characters. The game will have his three different characters, which will show his time spent competing at featherweight, lightweight, and welterweight. There will be three different fighters for all the three different categories. He tweeted: “3 different styles, 3 different weight divisions. And still!! There’s only one Mac.”
The physical copies of the game can be preordered across multiple major retailers and GameStop. People can also get their digital copies from the Microsoft Store and PlayStation Store. Digital copies are also available at Amazon for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
