In Starfield, the process of manufacturing ships is rigorous and inventive. To build their ideal spaceship, players can select from a range of hulls, propulsion systems, weapons, and interior layouts. Each part has a unique set of characteristics that affect the performance and capabilities of the ship. There are several options, from a fast and nimble scout ship to a battleship with thick armor.

One of the most crucial activities in the space game is starfield ship construction, but it also has the fewest tutorials of all the features. Since every ship adheres to very stringent rules, creating your ideal ship or even making small alterations is challenging at first.

The players will not be able to construct a ship from scratch. They must begin with a ship that they own or at the very least have registered.
