Sony offers a paid subscription service called PlayStation Plus, which gives users access to games, online multiplayer, and exclusive content. Each of its three tiers offers a unique set of rewards and privileges. Free games are available at some of these tiers as part of an ever-expanding library. Sony gives PlayStation Plus subscribers access to a large library of PS3, PS4, and PS Vita games for free each month.
The basic version of PS Plus, PS Plus Essential, gives users access to at least two PS5 and PS4 games each month. Players should add these games to their collection while they’re still available as they’re only available for a month. Once they’re in the game library, games can downloaded and played if players have a current PS Plus Essential membership.
The PlayStation Plus monthly game list for December has finally been made public by Sony. Subscribers of PlayStation Plus can enjoy three titles in this month’s lineup for free.
PlayStation Plus games for December 2023
PlayStation Plus subscribers may access the December titles, Lego 2K Drive, Powerwash Simulator, and Sable, starting on Tuesday, December 5 and running through Monday, January 1.
Lego 2K Drive (PS4, PS5)
The racing game Lego 2K Drive is played from a third-person perspective. The game takes place in BrickLandia, an open world made up of several areas that players are free to explore. As is typical with Lego games, the game has destructible environments. Players can finish many minigames and challenges in the game’s setting in addition to finishing the main story.
Although more traditional alternatives, like those from Lego City and Lego Creator, are also accessible, players can design their own cars in the game using 1,000 unique LEGO parts.
Like in Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, vehicles can also transformed. As an illustration, if a car is pushed into the water, it can change into a boat. In addition, the game offers split-screen multiplayer for two players, online multiplayer for six players, and cooperative and competitive multiplayer modes.
Powerwash Simulator (PS4, PS5)
The first-person perspective is employed in the simulation game PowerWash Simulator. Playing as owners of a tiny power washing company, players take on work for various clients in various locales as levels take place in this Muckingham-set game. To finish each level, players must wipe dirt off of a variety of items, such as a Mars rover and residential houses.
When an object is cleaned successfully, the player receives money that they may use to upgrade their power washing equipment. With these enhancements, the player can tailor their power washer to perform better at particular ranges or under particular conditions. In addition, the player has access to extra tools, such as a ladder that leads to various parts of a level.
Since the game’s release, a number of free upgrades have brought in a number of additional jobs. There have also been several “Special Pack” additions released as downloadable material that are based on various media franchises.
Sable (PS5)
In the non-linear open-world exploration game Sable, the player is free to explore and go wherever they like. Since the narrative is revealed through NPC dialogue and environmental cues, the game lacks combat and a predetermined plot. The game’s main focus is on exploration and basic puzzle-solving while navigating ruins and sand dunes.
Certain game elements are customizable, such as Sable’s hoverbike and outfit, which includes the narrative-driven masks. Parts for hoverbikes and apparel are obtained through two methods: either by exploring the game’s universe or by finishing missions assigned by a variety of characters, many of which involve gathering little objects like fruit or insects.
With the exception of a few masks, clothing is only cosmetic. However, different hoverbike components have an impact on how the player moves through the Midden environment, providing varying degrees of acceleration, top speed, and maneuverability.
Members of PlayStation Plus have until December 4th to add the games from November to their collection. Aliens Fireteam Elite, Dragon Ball: The Breakers, and Mafia II: Definitive Edition are among them.
