Mortal Kombat’s combatant Omni-Man recently got a detailed trailer reveal at New York Comic-Con a few weeks back. After the trailer, the fans were expecting that the developers, NetherRealm, would reveal the release date within some days. However, that did not happen.
Instead, NetherRealm kept hush about when Nolan, as well as the rest of the Kombat Pack combatants would arrive. For some other combatants they had revealed tentative and vague release windows but not the exact date for any of the characters.
Omni-Man is the first new character that will arrive in Mortal Kombat 1, and thus, he did receive a concrete release window. It was announced that Omni-Man would arrive sometime in November 2023. But it looks like fans just got to know the exact date of the character’s arrival, thanks to Xbox.
When is Omni-Man releasing in Mortal Kombat 1?
Reportedly, Mortal Kombat 1’s page on the Xbox store, which offers the opportunity to buy Kombat Pack 1, mentions the date of Omni-Man’s release. In the notes, it is mentioned that players who buy the game must prepare for Omni-Man’s early release on November 6, 2023. “Purchase the Mortal Kombat 1 Pack now and get ready for Omni-Man early release on 11/6,” reads the small pop-up.
A trustworthy Mortal Kombat insider named ‘thethiny’ shared a screenshot of the Mortal Kombat 1’s Xbox Store page on X (formerly Twitter) by another user ‘LeftyNBC’.
Omni man is releasing on November 6th for Early Access, just like the Playstation Support predicted. I’m not sure if the other dates are accurate since the time differences make no sense, but they’re in track to be right.

Players must remember that the developers at NetherRealm and Warner Bros. have not yet verified the release date for Omni-Man. Thus, till the date is not officially announced, players are advised to take the information with a grain of salt.
That being said, it is not the first time that the release date for Omni-Man has been mentioned as November 6. The user ‘thethiny’ highlights in the X thread that previously, when PlayStation Support was asked when each of the characters would arrive in Kombat Pack 1, the Support mentioned that Omni-Man was planned for November 6.

With both the console platforms giving the same answer, maybe it is true, or maybe both Xbox and PlayStation have just got it wrong, which is unlikely the case. So fans can wait and see if they get Omni-Man on November 6, 2023.
In addition to Omni-Man’s release date, PlayStation Support has also revealed the release date of other characters. According to the Support message, Quan-Chi comes on December 18, Peacemaker arrives on February 4, Ermac on March 5, and Homelander on May 15. The last to arrive will be Takeda on July 1. This implies that Mortal Kombat Pack 1 will be spread out for a little less than a year.
